One-on-One Sessions
For the Individual

Based on the Altitude Strategy™ and to maximize your success, we offer individual sessions in 3 and 6 month packages. We have found by applying the Altitude Framework™ over the 3 and 6 month period helps to cement concepts and progress to get the desired results.

Entry level: Includes 9 one-hour sessions (in person, video conference or telephone) over 3 months, along with a personalized action plan and self-care strategy, and follow-up email correspondence in between sessions to help keep you on track.

Fast track level: For those who would like to fast track their progress, this package includes 12 one-hour sessions (in person, video conference or telephone) over 3 months, along with shorter telephone calls on specific issues which may arise in between the scheduled sessions. Also includes a personalized action plan and self-care strategy, and follow-up email correspondence to help keep you on track.

For 6 month individual packages, these are tailored to the needs of the individual. Please contact us to discuss further.

TATHEM LLC consults with individuals and the Human Resources department of companies to develop an outplacement strategy. At the corporate level, we have a core group of Business and Life Strategists on the team so we can cater for larger groups.
